• Edited images, galleries, and associated personal information are retained for 1 month (30 days) from the date of gallery delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• After 30 days, galleries and digital files may be permanently deleted from online systems and backups.

• Nicoline Dickinson Photography does not guarantee long-term archiving of client images.

• Clients are responsible for downloading and securely backing up their purchased images within the 30-day period.

Extended storage arrangements must be agreed to in writing and may incur additional fees.

Marketing & Promotional Use

Images may be used for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the shoot.

Confidential or corporate projects can be excluded upon written request.
